Few issues with my 03 5AT, Possible upgrades?

I bought my g35 about a year ago with 80k on the dash, the car seems to have a few issues, im not sure if their common on these and anyone one with some input, would be much appreciated.

The car seems to make a rattling noise in the front end of the car its mostly when i turn a corner to the left and hit a bump I can hear it rattle back and forth.
Theres a clunking sound when I give it to much gas from a stand still.
When I give the car like 3/4 throttle I can hear a wistling loud towards the top of each gear.
The car feels like it doesnt want to drive slow, it seems to run sluggish at low rpms shifting around 2000rpm
Getting the car to shift into fifth always seems like a struggle when i get onto the highway.

I pretty good with mechanics just terrible at diagnosing things.

I was looking at getting a valve body upgrade for it alot of people were saying good things, anyone here have that done?

clunking sounds like front radius rod bushing. the sluggish shifting sounds normal.

valve body mod helps with shifting better under heavy load/acceleration. will not affect the low RPM's.

I have a 5at with the VB mod but am doing a 6mt swap so will be selling the valve body soon. pm if youre interested in it. will probably take it out in a week or 2

Was thinking about swapping to a 6mt. Wish i just bought it in mt, ive heard its a pricey job to swap.
Would deffinetly be interested in your valve body if your looking to get rid of it.

I will be looking to sell it once I do the swap. I am in the last stages just waiting on a friend with a lift to help me drop the trans when he's free. so maybe a week or 2. if youre interested send me a PM when you can and ill give you a fair price for it.

The 6mt swap is a pricey for someone else to do it once you get all the parts plus labor. It is still pricey just to get parts when you consider a new clutch/flywheel is like 1k+ in addition to everything else even doing it yourself. Unless you're chasing big power it won't be worth it imo. The 5at was great for me with the VB mod but I am going to pursue bigger power so the swap will be useful for me.
