plenum spacer or exhaust
Replacing the OE cats where most of the restriction is and a high flow exhaust can be added later...
First and best mod for power is PLENUM SPACER
Second is HFC or Test Pipes
The rest can be argued about what will provide the best bang for buck, but those 2 should be everyone's first mods
