help w/ oil leak

hey guys, i have a 2005 sedan and Ive noticed a little oil leak going on...

The valve covers and gaskets have already been replaced but this week i began smelling some oil after parking my car in the garage after driving. Anyways, after looking around, i found some oil pooling up on the front valve cover bolt on the passenger side. it has to be coming from above, so my guess is its this thing im pointing at in pic??
Anyone know what this is or seen a leak similar to this?

Its hard to tell, but it looks like a bit of oil seepage around it, and i wiped my finger on the brass cylinder under side and it had some fresh oil on it (which could have dripped down to the head of the bolt where i found some evidence of an oil leak...

any help is greatly appreciated! the lady and i just had a newborn so im hoping its a easy/cheap fix

Sell the G for a yota if money's tight, screw DD'ing one of these ha.

I can't get much from the picture but here's what I would do.

You put that clamp back in place right? On the brake booster vacuum line...

Anyway,

Go around with a 10mm ratchet and check everything over. If nothing is loose continue.

Idle the engine and spray brake cleaner where you think the leak is coming from and the oil will begin to seep back almost instantly where it is leaking from. Under the VTC solenoid (what you're pointing to) is a metal gasket, it will leak if they weren't careful and got dirt in there when re-installing. But I don't see where the oil is pooling so that may not even be close.

Good luck and congrats!
