To the ebay twin turbo buyers

Any of the persons that bought either of these two on this forum? Would like to hear about your experience with this kit. I got a smile when I saw the price of them. I know there are very mixed reviews on the t3/4 turbos made in china because of the unreliable manufacturing and review process which has cause mild to severe problems.

The reason I am asking is I may be getting another 2003 motor(for parts, but is running) and would be a good somewhat inexpensive project to throw at it instead of my current motor which is perfectly fine. I see there is no electronics with this kit so I am sure that is another 1200$ at least and that is probably not counting the tune. It looks like the only difference between the two is the wastegate.

Please no fart cannon responses

No the only thing that replaces cats is cats or a downpipe. You would have to get an exhaust manifold made for the turbo to attach to on each side which would add on the price over electronics and the kit itself.

I would prefer to get a used supercharger kit but I have yet to find one that has not been thrashed to hell and back with little or no maintenance much less decently priced.

i mean you could theoretically mount them where the cats are if you can work out the piping. boosted performance made a mid mount twin turbo that mounted this way cept he never brought it into production

if you are going to go with a cheaper made kit at least get one that may bolt up like these listings

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nissan-350z-...dU4hx8&vxp=mtr

or

http://www.ebay.com/itm/REV9-COMPLET...3D252163326385.

personally I would just find a used kit and upgrade or rebuild the turbos. the price of a used kit can be found for not much more then these from either the marketplace here on driver or via the g35/350z for sale forums on facebook

That is what I am thinking. I will probably keep looking for a supercharger kit. TBH I rather go that route. I saw one on ebay earlier this week that needed to be rebuilt but was bought up quick for how cheap it was. I may even be able to piece one together for a decent price.
