Electrical problem? PCM issue??
Okay so I replaced all six coils and sparks. You know the wire harnesses are tight even though I undid the bolts so there was a lot of wire bundle moving when getting the coils in on the odd number cylinders. After I replaced everything I was getting a misfire in the 5th cylinder. Took it to the shop and they replaced the injector because they tested all the coils and sparks and everything was good on that end. Come to find out the injector still wasn't working after they put a new one in. They didn't charge me because they said it was an electrical problem and they don't do that kind of work. I'm hoping to figure out the issue myself before I have to take the car in to this shop that will because wire chasing can get expensive. The place that replaced the injector called a buddy and he said the injector computer goes out on g35s and just needs to be replaced. Any ideas???
Thank you in advance.

Did they hook a noid test light up? It basically connects to the harness and will light up when there is a pulse sent.
It's controlled through the ECM, which is basically the brain.
Look here the FSM for your car:

Follow the procedure for the DTC you are getting. My guess is it's a 305. You'll need to pull a few harnesses and then check for continuity, voltage, etc..
