Fixed P0340 now have P1078

So I replaced my passenger side cam shafts sensor and fixed P0340, now P1078 has come up, replaced drivers side sensor and the code keeps coming back. When I reset, the car runs great then telhe code comes back and it feels like I'm driving my wife's Sentra.

I have a 2006 6mt revup.

You have 4 cam sensors on the rev-up. Make sure they are all functioning properly and only use OEM replacements. Our motors are known to not play nice with aftermarket sensors a lot of the time.

Thanks....I guess I will change the rest and see what happens. The car runs like a dream when I clear the code but always comes back after 15 minutes or so.

6 speed G35 sedan
Car lot I bought my G35 from apparently changed the passenger side cam sensor but I was still having issues. Not only did they go aftermarket but whoever put it in didn't check to be sure the prongs were straight and bent two of them completely so only 1 was actually making contact with the plug. I was amazed the car would still run pretty good.
