Need an up to date Twin Turbo info (2017)
i plan on getting Turbo for my 2004 G35 coupe 6MT. I was looking at the Greddy twin turbo, but was wondering for those that have the Greddy TT for years now or any turbo. i heard that turbo will make your engine life shorter. How is the car? Also, i want to know what is the safest psi i can boost for my stock engine. can it take at least 8psi? the car already have 151k mile on it.
Aftermarket parts i have on my car right now is
1) HKS exhaust
2) NWP 75mm throttle body
3) plenum spacer
4) berk Catalytic

if i can afford a Corvette i rather just boost my G. im not a corvette person. Just wanted to boost it for fun, not serious racing or anything since its also my Daily Drive car all season. any useful info would help for low end boost on stock engine. i know the lower the psi, the safer it is but i dont want to run it to low cause it will just be a waste of the turbo. my range is 7-8 psi, i will go 6 if 6 is safer for stock. Otherwise, i have no problem upgrading my engine just to take 7-8psi.
