Boosted G35-Torque Converter issue or Trans

I have a Vortech supercharger on my current build. 2005 G35 5AT. Put a new(used) transmission on the car after I blew the last one. This time I did it right. New valvebody upgrade and a big trans cooler. Car was shifting GREAT and running great. I drove it to work parked it. When I came out and took off from the parking lot it felt strange, like the car didn't want to pull its self fully. It kept going but slowly died out and the car would not pull it self any longer. I would put it in reverse and the car would want to barely pull in reverse but simply couldnt. IF I put it in drive, the car will want to pull forward but just can't. Is this a torque converter issue?

Now when I start the car since I towed it home, there is a loud clunking noise when I start it and it eventually dies after 30-45 seconds.

Sounds supper shitttty, sounds like you need to pull the tranny and take it to some one to inspect it and the converter. Are you throwing any codes?

Tranny fluid is perfect. Not burnt and it is red still like the day I put it in.

Man, that is not sounding good. I would get with a local transmission shop and see what they have to say. Sorry
