Mulitple misfire...

My car is misfiring like crazy. I think its in limp mode, I cant go faster than 25mph on 1st gear.
No power what so ever.
Fuel pressure, fuel pump, injectors, coils, spark plugs, compression test; all fine.
All electrical seems to be fine, the car starts, but once in gear it misfires.
Changed out the valve covers.
Driver side plugs always come out black. Blue smoke cold starts even after valve covers were changed.
Scanner shows the motor being retarded out of the norm...

Blue smoke means you're burning oil. That's probably what is fouling the plugs. If the gaskets on the valve covers slipped or moved, could be dumping a lot of oil into the spark plug holes.

If you have a flashing CEL, don't keep driving the car or you'll toast your cats.
