ok now super dumb question.


2008 G35s auto trans

Just drained and filled. But this dipstick is not very clear.

Is the level correct when it is in between the two notches, or when it is in the shaded area above the two notches?

 

And it needs to be running while checking the level?? or just hot

 

Our AT's should be checked while the engine is running, and be up to the highest line on the dip stick...Gary
