Hello, I have a 2004 g35x sedan. I will be doing a valve cover gasket job soon. I have been looking around and doing a lot of research about the spark plug tube seals specifically. I have seen the forum threads of people drilling the baffle plate in order the replace the spark plug seals. My question is cant you just remove the baffle plate, then replace the grommets, then reinstall the baffle plate?
That to me sounds like an easier way to do it then drilling the baffle plate. Any thoughts on the matter?

My guess is the baffle plate doesn't come off.
