Removing ac line closest to firewall
Ok when I installed my engine I unfortunately broke my ac line. Finally decided to replace it and got a new line but for the life of me can't remove the low pressure line closest to the firewall. I have the lisle ac disconnect tool and it worked fine while I was at the yard but of course now I can't get it to get my own line off. Any ideas? I was little more aggressive at the yard of course because it wasn't my car lol.

That little white plastic ring is the OEM installed "tool" to release tension on the spring, just use it. Make sure you have ALL those little "teeth" in all the way, it's a real MF'er because there's not a lot of room but as soon as tension is off that spring the line set will pop right off. I usually use an open-end wrench behind the white ring so you put even pressure on 3 sides then just use your fingers to get the last side poked in.
Those tools you have do make it even easier but you need to use the right size and I can't see what the gap looks like the way it's oriented, you want a SMALL gap when the tool is installed, then just pull it into the spring until it clicks and you're good to go.
