No major problems before this. Burns oil moderately quick, but I regularly check and top off with regular synthetic oil changes. Store during the winter. I noticed this noise about a month and a half ago, but only on cold mornings and would only last about a second. If the radio was on or you weren’t paying attention, you wouldn’t even notice. For a couple weeks it didn’t make the noise, and I initially thought it was because it was warmer. The car sat for a week without starting because I was away. Once I started it again, the noise started and never stopped. It gets a little louder while accelerating, but generally the same as idle. As I said, it’s constant now. I haven’t driven it since the day it became constant, and only took it around the block and turned back home because I didn’t want to damage anything further. During the drive, the transmission seemed fine. Oil level was a little low but nothing alarming and I noticed some built up oil residue below the engine. I’ve attached a video because I haven’t found a post similar to my problem. I’m going to have it towed to a shop tomorrow, but want to have an idea of the problem before the car gets there because I am not mechanically knowledgeable.
Note: Belt Tensioner/Pulley replaced about 10k miles ago

Take the belts off and spin everything by hand, it will be super obvious which one is about to break off.
There are TWO tensioners, one for each belt, AND an idler pulley on the primary belt all 3 are common wear items.
