Random/Cylinder 6 misfires

I was at cruising speed on the highway and the check engine light started flashing and the car would sputter. Drove it home which was only about a mile away and later had it towed to a nissan dealership. The codes read cylinder 6 misfire and random misfire. They've changed sparkplugs and i got a cat delete (misfire most likely blew out the cats) and the issue is still happening. Car drives fine above 3000 rpm it just hesitates at lower rpms, and it is clearly sputtering at idle. Any ideas what the issue would be?

Possibly a bad coil pack on that cylinder.

I figured it may be a coil pack but it’s weird that it is reading a misfire on multiple cylinders as well as just number 6
