Test pipe new smoke

I got 03 g35 sedan was found out that the SES light were on for P0430 and did change 02 and still the light come back within few days later ... so I don’t have time to purchase stock catalytic I purchase resonated brand new and install them .... before I figure a smoke when with stock catalyst converter everytime warm up and smoke goes away within 10-15 mnt warms up... so I decide to install the resonated pipe and I found out the driver side stock catalytic converter is bad and clog ..... So after I install brand new test pipe .. the car smoke and still smoke while I drive .. especially is dead stop and go the smoke will follow ... is white to bluish smoke and does smell like fuel alots ... was this normal to smoke like that especially the after cat brand new and how long the car will stop smoke.. please let me know Iam confused at this moment ... I did check oil, coolant everything was perfect ... idle fine and no SES light yet since I buy extended 02 sensor ... please let me know if is normal .. thank you
