Can I use an transmission auto from an 03 and put it in an 05 without replacing the ecu would it correspond with my ecu

 

The ECU won't care, the TCM will. There are essentially two types of transmissions in the V35 G, one has a single large grey harness /green connector on the side of the transmission, the other has 2 green small harnesses and one small black harness.





As long as you get the correct style it will plug right in and work. If you get the OTHER style then you need to remove the valve body / TCM from your existing transmission and use it in the donor.

Some folks have mentioned needing to get the TCM reprogrammed at Nissan but that might only apply to NEW TCM's not to used ones.
