Camshift Position sensor ?

Alright so a few weeks ago my 05 g35 coupe At would randomly not start at random times. I’d have someone jump it or ID carry a portable battery to jump it. Had a mechanic look at it and they couldn’t find anything and then the code for my cam shift position sensor came out this one particular time after I got it jumped. Mechanic deleted it and tried again no code. Ended up replacing the bank 1 sensor and now my vehicle hasn’t had the starting issue but instead its a delayed acceleration. Could I have messed up when replacing it or ? It takes about 1800 rpm to get the car off of 0mph

I really doubt that's a cam sensor, engine rpm generates fluid pressure inside the torque converter. That pressure is used to accelerate the car, if it's not accelerating at the correct rpm then it's likely a transmission issue.

At this point I think you should get a diagnostic from a local reputable transmission shop.
