has anyone had issues with stalling related to the oil galley gasket? ive done pump, injectors, plugs, smoke tested and no leaks, and replaced an evap solenoid but still my idle falls too low sometimes after a rev and stalls out at lights/stops. no check engine light no codes. happens more often coming to a hard stop from high 2nd or 3rd and above. been down for a while tryna figure this out

I think you need to smoke test for vacuum leaks.

 

Any luck fixing this. I'm having similar issues and have replaced the plugs, coils and injectors already.

 

car finally backfired on me and stalled to a stop coming into work, i have another post about it, but basically bad throttle body i think. this was most likely warning signs of that in the long run looking back on it. no sel codes ever though. i only knew because this time it wouldnt start back up consistently until i switched out the tb with one i had in the junk pile and it fired right up and stayed on. makes sense though cause it was a used tb to begin with, might be worth buying a new one or upgrading to the 75mm just for longevity anyways knowing this now
