I did a manual swap on my 2005 G35 coupe, I am now struggling to solve a crank no start situation. It is an 04 DE (50,000mi), CD001 (50,000 miles) and an 04 DE manual ECU with everything else being an 05. The ECU has been NATS deleted. My crank and cam shaft sensors are all new. The white plug next to the ECU is fully latched and secured as well as the main ecu plug. When the key is in the ON position the fans kick on high, no fuel prime, and no spark. I dropped the car off at my tuners and he had it for 2 weeks trying to track down the issue and he gave me the car back because he couldnt figure it out, he was able to bench test the ECU and tell me it works fine but it isn't getting power. I have checked all the fuses and relays, I was even tempted to send direct power and jump the ECU relay pins to see if it would at least turn on. I have tried to test the issue with an 05 auto harness, 05 rev up manual harness and an 04 manual harness that the engine came with. I have also tested it with a new ipdm, new bcm, 05 auto ECU (original ECU), 05 manual rev up ECU and 04 NATS deleted ECU. Has anyone dealt with this issue? I swear I have read almost every forum on 350/G35 manual swaps. Is there anything I can test, troubleshoot or literally any ideas for what could be wrong. Everything ran fine prior to the swap, my auto blew and I have had the car 7 years and wanted to swap it (might as well while its out yk). I am open and appreciate all help and assistance, I just really miss my car and im tired of going to the shop and having it be a floor ornament.
