Anyone familiar with Clifford RSX 3.5 Installation and Programming?

anyone familiar with installation and programming this alarm system? My alarm just started acting up recently, the range has been significantly reduced and now the hood pin switch and shock sensor don't seem to work... alarm arms fine in close range (around 20 feet), passive arming works fine, door switch works fine, but hood and shock sensor don't work...

I didn't really notice when it started acting up... could have been after my last service at the dealer... could be possible that they turned off some of that stuff when they were changing the oil? but not sure how to turn it on again... the hood pin seems to be fine, doesn't look any different from before... and i'm not sure where the shock sensor is... any help would be appreciated... thanks.

Well where ever you got the alarm installed they should be able to fix it. I have the same alarm and there are no problems. I dont think the dealer could disconnect that part of the alarm but maybe they screwed up the hood pin when opening/closing the hood.

I noticed your coupe with the '05 OEM 19s. Nice! Do you have it on lowering springs? If so, which ones?

lol this is out of the blue... thanks for the compliment. Not lowered just the 05 sport tuned suspension. I actually want to lower it more but i'm rethinking that with all the bad roads and stuff in NYC...

i believe we narrowed the problem down to the remote. It receives ok but the problem is when it transmits. For example, I unlock the car and start to walk away. At about a block away the car still signals the remote that it autolocked... however, i cannot unlock or remote start it anymore from that distance... they just ordered a one way remote for me to test out and i need a spare anyway... supposed to be there since last week so i just have to pick it up... if it still doesn't work with that remote then its the unit...
