the stock airbox is best at controlling intake tempurature.

having air "slight" cooler isnt gonna make ur car faster. if u want sound, get a Blitz SUS power filter, it sucks in the most air and its the loudest and also a heat shield. also the most HP gain. with a Z-Tube, its the best combination

as far as i know, only ricer parts company here in north america makes Cold Air Intake.
i've yet to see the biggest tuners like JUN, Top Secret, Greddy, Blitz, HKS make one of those POS cold air intake. i'm just waiting for Blitz to make a Carbon Suction kit for the G35. with a air redirecting duct, there is no risk of hydrolock or sucking in more dust off the road cuz the air filter is down in the bumper

Get it anywhere that sells AEM parts. Its the 3" bypass valve, AEM part number: 20-403S

There is a severe lack of "before and after" dynos for most of the mods of which you speak. Would love to see more of them.
