S2k v. G35? you do the math

i'm planning to run my brother at the track next month and i was looking for advice to give my car extra hp. Any suggestions? I have right now a crawford Plenum, Stillen intake, pulleys, stillen exhaust, and hyper ground wires. my bro is only running intake and mugen exhaust. Anything i could do to drop my time?

Change your rims down to 17" rims...take out the spare tire... 1/4 tank of the gas......go on diet....feed your brother more. Sk2 is very light car as compare to our G35. I think G35 is 3400 lbs more or less and S2k woud be 2600 lbs more or less. G'Luck

Take the back seat out, or anything else you can for that matter.

light flywheels will kill your launch though, takes some of the momentum from the clutch release.

I raced my bud 2x won both from the start. Don't rev above 2000 rpm or you'll be spinning. You shouldn't have much prob going straight

Good luck! :-)

You might want to increase you octane. It won't make a huge difference but 1/8 tank of 100 octane with an 1/8 tank of 91 octane wouldn't hurt! :-)

And if it's just for a race, I think all the above advice is great. But if you just want to win the race with some quick mods, you can go with NOS. It's not that quick, but it's much faster than an FI system.
