AAM Spec G35 Horsepower Drive

The AAM Spec Summer Horsepower Drive!

We wanted to kick the summer and our sponsorship off with a bang! We are very proud to be working with the G35 community and hope to bring some new products to the market specifically for the G35 over the next year or so.

We are offering our Angled Plenum Spacer at a discounted price of $219. To achieve this price we need 20 people to sign up, and this is a first come first serve opportunity – when we run out of spacers it is over. We will NOT be adding more orders; and everyone can expect a quick turn around. This will be our last planned discount and all future spacers will be offered at the $249 retail price.

The proprietary AAM Angled Plenum Spacer is a Highly Engineered and Quality Built product that offers on average 8 to 15 RWHP. This is a HUGE bang for the buck! The AAM Spec Angles Spacer allows retention of the stock engine cover and is easy to install.

We include a complete set of hardware for proper installation and utilize an OEM gasket to ensure proper sealing.

We are also offering 4 bolt on packages that offer anywhere from 10 to 25+ RWHP over stock!

Package Specifics

AAM Spec ECU Flash:$595 Regularly

One of the simplest ways to upgrade the performance of your Nissan 350Z or Infiniti G35 is to have the factory computer reprogrammed for optimal performance. The Nissan 350Z and Infinit1 G35 run extremely lean under WOT (wide open throttle) from the factory. Through enhanced ignition mapping, adjusting the fuel map, eliminating the speed limiter, and raising the REV-limiter to ~7100rpm our customers enjoy more power, economy, and reliability. Expect a gain between 8hp and 16hp depending on the vehicle.

If you live near Altered Atmosphere Motorsports flashing is a straight forward process. Simply drive over, we’ll link to your factory computer via the OBDII port, and reprogram your ECU - takes about 30 minutes from start to finish. If you are not local, removal of the ECU is straight forward and takes about 15 minutes. The ECU can then be shipped to us for programming. ECU’s that are shipped take top priority and normally have a same day or one day turn around. After countless hours of R&D, Dyno testing, and road testing AAM has perfected programs for the 350Z & G35 from stock vehicles to slightly modified vehicles to supercharged & turbocharged monsters. We also offer custom programming for anyone who has specific requirements. Give us a call 301.330.8835 or e-mail MikeM@alteredatmosphere.com for more information!

Angled Plenum Spacer:$249 Regularly

8-15 HP, 30 Minute installation, less then the cost of your average intake filter kit! The all new proprietary AAM Angled Plenum Spacer for you G35 and 350Z is the ultimate upgrade in the quest for more power – and the ultimate bang for your buck! The 6061 billet aluminum angled plenum spacer sits between the factory upper and lower plenum, allowing a larger volume of air to the cylinders. Power increases across the board and the upper RPM range screams! Works with the factory engine cover (no modifications necessary) and your factory strut bar (350Z) for a stellar install. Reserve your spacer while they are still in-stock!

AAM Spec Y-Pipe: $499 Regularly

Constructed of 16-gauge T-304 Stainless Steel to ensure the highest reliability, quality, and performance, AAM is proud to announce the release of its Y-Pipe for the Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35. Using smooth 2.5" mandrel bent tubing and stainless steel flex joints which flow into one large 3" tube, the AAM Spec Y-Pipe improves upon the factory Y-Pipe's restrictive design by allowing a substantial increase in the mass of exhaust flow, and reduces the backpressure and thermal stress, which helps to unleash the engine's potential for increased power and torque. Dyno tested on a near stock 2004 Nissan 350Z, the AAM Spec Y-Pipe gained 8 RWHP in comparison to the factory Y-Pipe! Don't be fooled by competitors designs which commonly use 18 or 20-gauge tubing that is prone to cracking, and use non-stainless steel (if any) flex sections. The AAM Spec Y-Pipe is a direct bolt-on upgrade that requires no modification of any factory components.

AAM Spec Cat Pipe (off-road use only!): $299 Regularly

The highly anticipated AAM Spec Cat Pipes for the Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35 are finally here! After servicing and installing several of our competitors’ designs we decided to make a higher-quality cat pipe that meets the demanding reliability expectations of our customers. In addition to having poor fitment, many of the cat-pipes on the market are constructed of thinner, lower grade stainless tubing. Not only are these units highly susceptible to fatigue and cracking on near stock 350Z's and G35's, some customers with supercharged and turbocharged 350Z's have torn apart the weld joints of these inferior cat-pipes. Made out of 2.5" mandrel bent 16-gauge 304 stainless steel to ensure the highest reliability and quality, the AAM Spec Cat Pipe replaces your vehicles restrictive factory catalytic converter to allow the highest possible exhaust flow. Dyno testing has shown 8 to 10 RWHP gains on a near stock Nissan 350Z and 20+hp gains on a turbocharged Nissan 350Z! The AAM Spec Cat-Pipes are for off-road use only and are a direct bolt-on replacement of the factory cats.

I'm really confused by the pix of the angled plenum spacer. Are those cylindrical standoffs separating the plenum halves and the spacer just there for show, or is that really how it is installed?

How do the bolts go in if it's angled?
