I would say the combination of Z-Tube and JWT will most like burn gas. I never had the UR Pulley so i can't say much about it.

Getting the ground wires and Hyper voltage may improve gas mileage.

None of those parts should decrease your gas mileage.

intake/spacer will increase mileage...that is if you don't floor it everywhere because of the nice sound

The spacer increases the upper intake manifold (plenum) volume and makes it easier for the engine to breathe especially at higher rpms. Do a search on "spacer" and you'll be able to find where to buy one.

Z tube, JWT, K&N are all supposed to make our engine breathe easier. The only way I see these affecting gas mileage is the JWT which might be taking in hot air from the engine compartment (at low speeds and even more so in city traffic) because their heat shielding is not the greatest.

Grounding kits are supposed to clean up electrical signals and help your car run a bit smoother. There benefits are probably not going to be seen on a manual, but more so on an automatic transmission (though I am sure there are some who will swear by them).

I don't see a reason why to get an oil pan spacer unless you will be racing/tracking your car and you'd still want to look at other things before this.

Changing pulleys to under-drive whatever is not a good idea. Yes I realize people do this, but if you are in the city why do you want to under-drive something like an alternator?

The single biggest factor in your gas mileage is where & how you drive. City driving just kills the gas mileage on the G and none of your mods above are going to make any significant change to your gas mileage.
