Cheap Fuel Upgrade

I did this to my t-type. I may be looking into doing this to the G35. Any thoughts?

Hi,
Quickly skimmed the article...On my Eclipse GSX I did this to get the full voltage to the pump. But I was boosted(turbo @ 18 psi) and needed every drop of fuel to not run lean. I think our G's already run rather rich, I'm curios what others say, but to me it's probably not worth it unless you’re running boost or a lean condition. Good luck.

What is the purpose of wiring the fuel pump this way?
How could it provide more flow or pressure?

Don't the T-types run a return-type fuel system?
