Nismo or Injen w/ bypass CAI

I'm trying to decide between these two CAI's. I like the fact that the Nismo comes with a bypass valve already (yes I know the Nismo is just an AEM), but I have also read that its fairly easy just to put an AEM bypass on an injen CAI. Basically I'm just wondering which of these two intakes performs better or sounds better, since I know you don't really gain a whole lot of whp off of just an intake. I did a search but couldn't come up with any real info comparing the two. Thanks in advance!

I have the AEM with the bypass valve (which is the same as the Nismo.....identical except for color).

I love it, so I will of course recommend the Nismo. Plus, you've already stated the other fact which is the Nismo CAI has the bypass valve as an option. The Injen will require some extra work to fit it on there.

I've got the nismo intake and I've got no complaints. You do have to cut out a small block of styrofoam behind the bumper, but that was no real problem. Install was a piece of cake with the DYI.
