Who Has Test Pipes On Their Coupe? What are my options?

i just installed my helix pipes i got them used for 75shipped.. good deal, im loving the sound at WOT a little rasspy but oh well its not as rasspy as i thought it would be. now i'm bout to go home and do my plenum install. so we'll see...

Where in the world do you guys go to get inspections done? Do you just throw the stock cats back on before inspection and then reinstall the test pipes after you pass?
