No idea if it was the newer version. Only that they were shipped in the mid-end of November. If that helps.

Are u getting a check engine lite with all those mods? I'm throwing a cel and a lot of rasp at around 2-3K rpm

No sign of a CEL. The only bad sound is a little highway speed drone around 2,850 RPM. Other than than, no issues at all.
