To help the guy out...
The 6MT version will fit the 5AT. I originally had the 5AT version installed, but the pipes were rubbing against the HID ballast. I contacted Injen and they gave me the 6MT version instead. The 6MT version fits without any modification and does not rub any parts that it shouldn't...including the AC lines. In addition, the 6MT version can be used as a short ram provided you purchase a new 3" filter which is perfect for winter use when it rains (not common in CA, but it was good for last season). However, power may decrease due to not having a heatshield.

Then again, does anyone (not counting manufacturers) have proof showing that a CAI even have power benefits?
