Vortech makes a pretty cool belt driven 'intake'.

The Nismo ISN'T any better than the AEM. They are identical. AEM makes the Nismo intake. One has a Nismo label and one has an AEM label.

To my knowledge, no intake is considered "illegal" (unless it's lined with cocaine or steroids). At that point, an independant G35 council will call you in to testify. Then, you will say the words "I'm not hear to talk about the past, only to look forward to the future".

Needless to say, don't worry about the intake being illegal.

One last note, if you are sure that you want to go with a CAI, I'd stay away from the AEM/Nismo design (I would explain further, but many people like to jump on me for my reasoning). PM me if you'd like further details.

Take care,

Jeff
