Help: Weird noises from the G

When I start my car for the first time each day, or later on at night after not driving it for the entire day, I hear the sound of liquid flowing in the engine right when I start the car. Does anyone have problems with this? I asked a friend of mine to check it out but he says he hears nothing...I'm just getting a lilttle worried. Any helpful responses would be greatly appreciated.

Do you hear this noise while the car is idling at a standstill or is the car actually moving? If your car is moving, it's the ABS system performing a test. My G makes this sound at some 10 to 12 mph upon a start up. If that is the situation . . . It is perfectly normal and is covered in the Owner's Manual.

my car is still when i hear the liquid flowing noise. it's usually right when i start the car. tends to be early in the morning or after hours of not driving it.

should i just take it to the dealer and have them check it out?

Unless someone else has a suggestion of what it might be . . . Yes, I would take in and have it looked at.
