Can the 05 G35 Key be upgraded to the 06 Intelligent Key?

Can the 05 G35 Key be upgraded to the 06 Intelligent Key?
I have an 05 G35 coupe and I know the new 06's have the intelligent key that just needs to be in the car and the ignition can be turned on without the key in the ignition, I was wondering if there was any way that I could upgrade my 05 to have that same key and function of the 06?
