Radiator Bad? Need some advise.

I noticed my car overheating last night so I pulled over and checked it out and noticed all the coolant was gone. I had it towed back to the house and out some coolant in it and lifted it up and see there is a small leak somewhere...very small. I then tried to drive around the block to see if it was OK to drive to the dealer and it overheated while full of coolant. I would think it's the thermostat but the leak leads me to believe the whole radiator is bad. Anyone else have this problem and what can I tell the dealer to make sure it's warranty work and not road abuse

Radiators on new cars shouldn't just go. This should be under warranty especially since there is no way it a wear n tear item. The only thing that would void it, is if the car was in an accident.
