Crawford plenum AND MD iso thermal spacer package?

If one already had the MD iso thermal spacer package, would there be any benefit to installing the Crawford plenum as well, other than visual effect?

I doubt you'll gain anything since the whole purpose of the spacer and crawford plenum is to relieve the airflow restriction to the first 2 cylinders. Use one and the problem is alleviated. Using both does nothing.
