The cover will still fit, since the MREV utilizes the smaller spacer.
If a few more buck$ isn't a concern, and you don't mind sacrificing a potential 1-2HP for the sake of convenience, just get the MREV with COPPER Iso Thermal.
Again, if the slight increase in co$t isn't a concern, you might as well make it an MREV Plus with COPPER Iso Thermal.

the 1/2" spacer with the MREV plenum loses torque over the standard MREV, thats why tony doesn't offer it that way.
yes, the engine cover fits with the 5/16" spacer.
Also, you don't need the copper TB thingy in Florida. I have the regular coolant bypass and I have yet to open it up....even on those cold 40 degree nights. ....And No, the TB doesn't stick wide open below 50 degrees!!!
