Yes its ok, but you would probably yield more gains by pairing the spacer with the MREV2. If you only want to do one of the two I would say get the MREV2.

^^i would say thats pointless..the 1/2" didnt do anything on a rev up and i doubt the 5/16" will either. just save up for the mrev2 + 5/16" combo..

but thats jmho

there was a post about the 1/2" not doing anything and i think it concluded that spacers alone dont do anything for the rev ups

Im glad you spoke up Grumpy G cause most of the talk has been about the REV-UP engines. I have a 2007 Coupe A/T VQ35DE and I would like to add the 5 1/6 space but wasn't sure if it produced any gains or not? Thanks

My understanding is gains are pitiful for stock rev-up engines w/ the 5/16 spacer only. Copper Iso is a different story. I believe non-rev-ups get better gains with just the spacer.

I installed mrev2, 5/16 copper iso, and ztube this weekend on 07 revup. DEFINITELY gained hp and tq. See my post:https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-cou...s-ordered.html

Pics and Vid comparing sound and accel on page 2.

Best of luck!

Hey I noticed that most of you are going with Motordynes spacers and im not knocking them but Z1Motorsports also makes aluminum angled spacers for our cars and they are around $144.00. Anyone use Z1s spacers before?
