Dyno Stock 05 6MT Before/After MREV+

Test done on a completely bone stock (w/ paper filter and G tube) 2005 6MT. Mileage was about 5450 for the first run and 5950 on the second run (yes, I put a lot of miles on my G).

The MREV+ was installed on February 25 with +/- 5600 miles. I had nearly a full tank of 93 octane on both runs. It was 53 degrees and sunny the first day and a slightly humid/sunny 49 degrees the second.

Rather than put my two cents inI will leave the analysis for the board.

Tony, any thoughts?

The dyno charts are attached.

Did you get a copy of the high resolution version of the graphs? That is just a copy of the summary sheet with the mini plot. You could also get them to email you a copy of the raw data files and produce some nice plots on your own to compare the two. If you get the files I'll plot if up for you if you're interested.

I would be interested. I will give Currys a call Monday.

I will admit that I was a little disappointed at first. But taking a second look might clarify some things.

Did you do the dyno run right after the install or did you drive around a bit with the mrev on prior to the dyno?

Yeah, it's just the summary sheet that shows the peak numbers, EPA numbers used for the loading, and a small plot. The second sheet shows a large high-resolution plot of the dyno.

It looks like the ECU went into granny mode between dyno pulls.
