I'm not sure, because the y-pipe fits on older g35s, and in the pictures g35 cats look just like g37 ones, yet they have different models.
This might be like the rear spring buckets, where they are identical from 2003-2012, yet they are branded as 03-07/08-12. If you bring a v35 cat, can compare it.
