They don't come with transmission mounts you'd have to have them welded on.

I really don't see why you would need anything welded on them.. previous owner, clearly, didn't have anything done to them, and had no issues.
more so, I don't see where the mounts would be attached. Labree Motorsports told me that these pipes are a straight bolt on.

No, like the OP said these are bolt on. If you wanted tranny mounts you'd have to weld them on, but that is not required to run these.
