I had these on my car 4 months (about 3.5k) until I blew them out with my Vortech. FI warranted and repaired them. They replaced the 300 cell metallic core inside and the spun stainless steel shell but used the same resonators. The resonators are still in excellent condition and help keep the noise level to a minimum. I’m including new gaskets and bolts. I’m missing one of the bung plugs which should be easy to replace.

These will fit 2003-2007 G35 coupes not sure about other models. You will need to contact FI and ask.

I decided to go with Art pipes instead.

The emissions/smog testing is not an issue. Its the visual you won't pass. Some shops do the visual and others don't.

Do high flowcats throw on a SES? These are direct bolt on to stock exhaust correct?

Also any idea how they would change the stock note? louder or total different?

 

These do not throw the SES. They have the J-bend anti foulers and are direct bolt-on. A bit louder on the exhaust note.
