AEM UEGO Wideband o2 gauge sensor

I replaced my o2 sensor on my gauge thinking it was bad and come to find out it was just the tune on my car. This sensor is used and in working condition.

Will this work with an untuned ecu? I don't have a WBo2 gauge or anything, just looking to replace my bank 1 upstream sensor...

I also have used oem upstream sensor but the clip is missing the little clamp to lock it into place. I checked the clip against the aem and they both have the same clip style. Im 99% sure it will work.
