I am located in Woodbridge, VA and am willing to meet up within a reasonable distance. I am also willing to ship on your dime although I will provide all the little extras for free (signature required and all that other good stuff).
These high flow cats were on my car for three days (obviously I am the second owner) but since I have OCD I have decided to sell them as I want ART pipes to go with my TDX2. They did not throw a check engine light/code. The threads for the O2 sensors are 100%. The welds are perfect. The flanges are perfect. The honeycombs inside are intact and are not melted or anything. I WILL STATE THAT WHEN I SHOOK THE ONE THAT DOES NOT HAVE THE SCRAPE THE INSIDE MOVED VERY VERY SLIGHTLY. There are no cracks on either of them. One of them has a small cosmetic scrape but nothing that creates any adverse performance problems. They do not have any sort of FAST INTENTIONS stamp (I called and they stated that they don't stamp or mark them) BUT I did snap a picture of some letters/numbers on the bottom of them.
If you have any questions, concerns or need more pictures (I think I posted plenty), please comment here AND THEN message me as your message will probably go to my "other" folder which I don't get notifications for. Thank you and help me get some money for the New Year!

I'm not 100% sure if it will fit or not and I think the 07 came with the HR motor right? You can call them and give them all your info to see if they will fit or not. The dimensions of the box are: L = 24 inches, W = 12 inches and H = 9 inches. I'll be shipping out of 22551 zip code. Thanks!
Fyi if the inside moves at all even slightly the CAT is no good. That's weird about not having the fast intentions logo stamped because my HFC does. My old test pipes that I got from fast intentions before they marked their own had Sebring logo.
Well I called them at their number on the website and they told me themselves that they don't stamp them..... Their number is on their site and anyone is free to call them and check for themselves!
As far as the movement, I had no issues with them whatsoever. No SES light, no rasp, nothing. Will it pass emissions? I'm not sure as I don't have emissions testing in my county. WOOT! I'm not sure if they would pass in the first place but I think different areas of the country have different standards as far as the amount of particles that are allowed to shoot out of the tailpipe.
