Do they throw off the code? Also, do they fit 06 G35x?

Berks lists them as fitting 03-06 Sedans, so you should be good. As for the CEL, I honestly cant say. Ive been uprev tuned for as long as I can remember and I always have my tuner turn off the most common codes. If you plan on getting a uprev tune you can do the same and not worry about it :]

Again...Hard to say. I ran them with momentum headers and an Invidia catback. It was loud but sounded good. It will just depend on what else you are going to run.
