AFAIK they use the same airbox, but I don't want to say for certain...

Box is the same for all 03-06 and 07 coupe models.

Just a cheaper alternative. I believe its been dyno proven to be the best intake as far as power gains on an otherwise stock application, when paired with a ZTube. Don't quote me, though.
