Fuel sending unit w/ walbro 255lph fuel pump

Selling a fuel sending unit with a walbro 255 lph fuel pump installed. Came off of my 07 g35 coupe.

$130 shipped.

why are you selling and will there be any problems if you know of if installed in a 04 G35 coupe.
