what's the difference in that spacer and the other spacer packages? is it just that the other packages come with the lower gasket and tb gasket as well?

The basic spacer only comes with the spacer and hardware.

The ISO-Thermal comes with the CCV and an aramid gasket to go between the motor and lower plenum.

The copper iso thermal comes with everything above plus a copper gasket that allows coolant to run through it to keep the throttle body from freezing in areas where temps are regularly below 50*

So, you don't have the ISO thermal kit?

Nope, this is just the basic spacer with hardware. Sells for $230 new from Motordyne and doesn't take any wear and tear being aluminum so it's a damn good deal.
