removed thin cheap looking sticker badge, polished surface and replaced with identical but metal badge, rivet mounted.
freshly polished the upper side, and shows decent reflective shine.
But when polished, the ARC badge black finish is flaking off, but i recommend flaking off the entire black finish to get the unique, all silver finished plate. It does not effect the wordings. IMO, it will actually look much better and blend in with rest of the piece. think of the turnout of genuine ARC silver plate, which i have attached picture below, but better, since the one that is on the box is in 3D lettering, unlike the one shown below.



bottom side has very slight rusty imperfection, which light sanding and polishing can get it off, but it wont even show once mounted.

 

Finally a reasonably priced ARC intake. This will move quick. Sorry to N, but whats the point of the angled filter grooves? (////) vs (||||)
