Fyi, the Aramid Gasket is in an OEM gasket bag to keep it from bending. The bag is good to use to oil the gasket before you install it. Put a table spoon of motor oil in the bag and let it sit while your removing your plenum.

The white strips around the plenum spacer are pieces of paper with a piece of tape to keep the gasket in place while shipping so it won't bend. There is no tape directly attached to the gasket or spacer.
