This is the Motordyne 5/16" Iso-Thermal Plenum Spacer. It's skinny enough that you can put your engine cover back on over the upper manifold.

Comes with all parts you need to install it, I double checked against the parts list on the instruction sheet. It even has the parts for the 350Z struts and the extra parts for the throttle body spacer, etc.

Selling because I'm selling the car and parting it all out, so check my other posts in the marketplace (MREV2 )
