You're being a dick so stuff it...I do not care if another zip code is mere inches from my door...an address is an address...the zip code you apparently can't read well enough to mail to is a different post office than mine...I'm not paying you for illiteracy. You can give up tough talking me into submission. I'm done so continue your witch hunt because i will not be involved directly with you

Um I messaged you the address. AGAIN. How could I JUST HAPPEN to make a mistake to a zip that just HAPPENS to be right next door to you?? DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. You have no idea what you are talking about and no idea how the mail works.

You CAN'T even prove what you are stating. That it went to the SAME address but in a the other zip. Why? BECAUSE IT PHYSICALLY DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You're not taking responsibility for the bad planning you have for mailing things to an APARTMENT BUILDING.

It was all about the tracking number. Once that was provided, it's all about a zip that doesn't even MATTER. Hell I could have given video survillence of the delivery and it STILL would have been something else.

You need to take this as "lesson learned" and make sure you plan better in the future.

And you're proving what exactly? That you shipped it? Yet the only address you can honestly state anything to is the correct one...how do I know that you entered the correct one...why would it go to a different zip code than what was given to you? Guess what you leave the 1 off then its easily feasible to get shipped to an incorrect address....so for the last time I'M NOT PAYING YOU FOR AN ITEM I HAVEN'T RECEIVED. If I did have it I send it back to you with a note saying go **** yourself...no one gets the item and I'm keeping my money...good luck with your next endeavor douchebag

Scammer still has my parts and my money. I've been discussing this with PayPal for possible resolutions. I can tell that I didn't get any of the original claim notifications. (why would I NOT reply if I had the tracking info all this time?) I asked PayPal to RESENT all emails pertaining to the original claim again at 5:30pm. As of right now, I STILL have none of those original emails. Even after they resent them. Paypal is going to get another stern call tomorrow.

By the way, in the past with buyer disputes, I haven't received a single email from PayPal either. Just got lucky enough to log in and see something wasn't right.

EXACTLY what happened here. I proved to the PP admin that I didn't receive the original claim emails. In my case, you have to had put their email into your CONTACTS before you would receive the claim notifications. But I could receive all the OTHER pp related emails that they sent me.

Next call is to PayPal again to ask them to escalate their dispute to something more than just warning.

Called PP again. They already changed the dispute to my favor and we both sent emails to him requesting payment. Still no reply from the scammer.

But paypal might refund me directly. I told them that they should refund me directly since I never got the original dispute emails. Then they should go after him and freeze his account if he doesn't pay PP back.

After much pain and effort, I finally got my money back. But I believe PP refunded me from their account vs taking it out from his. So I hope they go after your **** sideways. You scamming bastard. You need to be banned from this forum.

I hope no one else sends this guy product because it's pretty clear that he'd just make a claim and take back the funds.
